Redeeming Gift Certificates Issued Prior to 1/1/11
Please contact the Mystic Whaler Office (800) 697-8420 to make a reservation with a Gift Certificate issued prior to 1/1/11. The certificate must be received within 5 business days of calling. Reservations will not be confirmed until the certificate is received. Any reservation made with a Gift Certificate within 10 business days of sailing must be guaranteed with a credit card. If a gift certificate is not received within the allotted time the reservation will be cancelled, or full price will be charged to the credit card on file. Gift Certificates carry no expiration date, and are only good for their purchased amount. Upgrades or price increases will be due at time of reservation. Lost certificates will not be honored.
The Mystic Whaler prohibits excessive use of alcohol, and the possession or use of any controlled substance.
While sailing vessels often present barriers to people with disabilities, the Mystic Whaler and crew are committed to providing enjoyment for all. If you are a person with disabilities and request an accommodation, please contact our office in advance to discuss your needs.

In the event that Mystic Whaler Cruises, Inc. must cancel for extreme inclement weather luncheon, brunch and lobster dinner cruise passengers will receive a 1 year rescheduling certificate. There are no refunds available for overnight cruises, and for this reason we strongly suggest Trip Insurance.
We know that life throws us all curves once in a while and we want you to know that we understand. Trip insurance is a great way to be prepared for these curves. We recommend Travel Guard Insurance: 800-826-4919 or www.travelguard.com
Cancellations made within a 30-day period prior to the date of the cruise are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to that 30-day period can be refunded or rescheduled. There is a $25 rescheduling/cancellation fee for each guest. All cancellations must be in writing by mail or e-mailed to our office. If the cruise is cancelled by us due to weather or other circumstances you can be refunded or rescheduled within the next year (subject to availability).
Cancellations are refundable prior to 7 days before the cruise with a $10 per passenger rescheduling/cancellation fee. All other cancellations are non-refundable. If we cancel the cruise due to weather or other circumstance, you will have a choice of rescheduling within the next year or a refund. If you miss your cruise, all monies, gift certificates or vouchers are forfeited. Give yourself plenty of time to arrive before time of departure. We leave the dock promptly at the cruise time.
