Redeeming Gift Certificates Issued Prior to 1/1/11
Please contact the Mystic Whaler Office (800) 697-8420 to make a reservation with a Gift Certificate issued prior to 1/1/11. The certificate must be received within 5 business days of calling. Reservations will not be confirmed until the certificate is received. Any reservation made with a Gift Certificate within 10 business days of sailing must be guaranteed with a credit card. If a gift certificate is not received within the allotted time the reservation will be cancelled, or full price will be charged to the credit card on file. Gift Certificates carry no expiration date, and are only good for their purchased amount. Upgrades or price increases will be due at time of reservation. Lost certificates will not be honored.
The Mystic Whaler prohibits excessive use of alcohol, and the possession or use of any controlled substance.
While sailing vessels often present barriers to people with disabilities, the Mystic Whaler and crew are committed to providing enjoyment for all. If you are a person with disabilities and request an accommodation, please contact our office in advance to discuss your needs.
We sail rain or shine!! The Captain and crew are dedicated to providing a safe, enjoyable and memorable sailing adventure in all kinds of weather.
In the event that Mystic Whaler Cruises, Inc. must cancel for extreme inclement weather luncheon, brunch and lobster dinner cruise passengers will receive a 1 year rescheduling certificate. There are no refunds available for overnight cruises, and for this reason we strongly suggest Trip Insurance.
All cancellations must be in writing! Send notice by mail, fax or email.
Cancellations for Overnights must be received 14 days before your sailing date. There is a $25.00 per passenger processing fee for all canceled reservations. Refunds will only be issued if the cabin is resold. There are no refunds for cancellations within 14 days of sailing. Due to life’s uncertainties we would again strongly recommend Trip Insurance.
Luncheon, Brunch and Lobster Dinner Cruises
Cancellations for Day Sails and Lobster Dinner Cruises must be received 48 hours before your sailing date. There is a $10.00 per passenger processing fee for all cancelled reservations. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days. If you choose to cancel your cruise on the day you are to sail, or you do not arrive, you forfeit all money, gift certificates and vouchers paid.
